The rent is $700 per month and INCLUDES EVERYTHING - electricity, water, garbage, gardener, internet with wi-fi and monthly cleaning of the common areas and bathroom. The only cost is your rent. The common areas are furnished with leather couches, TV, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, clothes washer and dryer, etc. The bedroom has a full size bed and is also furnished with everything you'll need except sheets and blankets. This is a nice place in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a 5 minute walk to the south side (Reser Stadium side) of campus. There is a garage for bicycles and sports gear (not cars) and a large yard (sorry no pets allowed.) The house currently has 5 other females all who either attend OSU or work full time. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other female. In order to be considered you must be friendly (able to get along with 5 female roommates), clean, respectful and financially responsible. You need first month's rent plus a $150 cleaning/security deposit. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the house and you must be responsible enough to clean up after yourself. This is a very nice home with very nice people in a super convenient and quiet location.
