This home is very spacious, and it has a great floor plan. The entire living space is on one level - very unusual for a property of this size! It is located on the NW corner of NW 10th and Van Buren - a short 5 or 6 blocks from campus. The house shares a BIG parking area with a separate house on the same lot, but there is plenty of off-street parking (and no additional cost to park there). The house looks big and "boxy" on the Van Buren side, but the entrance is on the 10th Street / parking lot side and the architecture looks much more "homey" there. The place was originally built as a small community grocery store, but the back half was later re-built, thus giving it a funky looking exterior :) THERE IS DEDICATED YARD/LAWN AREA FOR THIS RESIDENCE, TOO!
