Engineering Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator who will be responsible for the support of a Quality and Engineering Services Group. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for performing general and specific support tasks. Responsibilities may include process coordination, maintaining records, documentation, and other related documentation including auditing of and routing of incoming support requests.
Responsibilities may also include assisting with the preparation of internal and external content, supporting Quality Management initiatives, and assisting internal and external partners in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function. These tasks may include, but are not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following the work unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures. The successful candidate will also coordinate work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company.
About the Job:
Provide business and technical support to on-site and remote (worldwide) partners.
Develop and maintain documentation by coordinating communications on behalf of our partners.
Coordinate communications, including but not limited to walk-up support, implementing quality process directives, and activities on behalf of team and programs.
Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and/or Microsoft Dynamics content.
Manage conferencing set-up, maintenance and possible replications.
Assist in providing support for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.
About You:
Proven ability to work closely with quality partners as well as engineering and other internal business partners (globally).
Strong initiative, multitasking, and communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to assess and prioritize work to meet project deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
Must be able to learn quickly and respond to changing directions and demands, must remain flexible.
Solid ability to address issues in a timely manner.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Ability to clearly articulate and present information in engineering, management, and other team forums.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge independently.
Experience:
Typically requires 1
years' experience in a similar function.
