Experience:
o 12 months of role experience is required. o 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required. o Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements:
o Candidates must have a Oregon license in hand at the time of application. o COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 36 Nights (1900-0730) rotating weekends GSR ICU-CCU:
Previous ICU experience preferred. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing. 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) Certifications:
