What You'll Do:
Assemble components using hand tools, following detailed instructions.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
Prepare and package products for shipment.
Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems.
Adhere to safety standards, keeping your workspace clean and organized.
Skills and
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Basic soldering skills (training available).
Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in team lifts for heavier items.
