Duties will include :
Main Receptionist for both Ford & Chrysler Cashiering for Parts, Service and Sales Filing/Scanning official documents Keeping up on office supply orders Bank and Post Office run Help keep office environment organized Assist office staff when needed Hours (somewhat flexible) :
Saturday 8am - 1pm is mandatory.
If you are unable to work Saturday's regularly, please do not apply.
We do have coverage for planned vacations/events but Saturday's are your primary day flying solo.
We would like someone full time which offers Saturday's as overtime, Monday - Friday 8:
30am - 5:
30pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm, but flexible on the week day schedule so long as a set schedule is established.
Pay :
DOE - willing to train the right individual but previous office, dealership and/or cash handling experience is a huge plus! Please bring your resume in person to Cheri in the main office of the Ford Building or stop by to fill out an application - Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm.
